TRANSACTION TYPE
One-time digital bid

No subscription. No property right. No guaranteed holding period.

Production legal details are still required.
Add the operator identity, governing law, support and refund contacts, and dispute venue before accepting public production payments.
01

Digital placement

A bid competes for a public digital country pin. It grants no land, ownership, sovereignty, political, trademark, or investment right.

02

Payments and ranking

Bids are one-time whole-dollar payments. Only verified, non-reversed payments rank. The highest eligible bid holds the pin; an earlier checkout breaks a tie.

03

Outbidding and refunds

Another bid may replace you at any time, including during checkout. Outbid or losing payments are not automatically refundable. Legal refund rights remain unaffected.

04

Public content

Your bidder name, label, country, coordinates and amount may be public. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, private, or infringing content.

05

Reversals and moderation

Refunds and qualifying disputes remove a bid from eligibility. The operator may remove content or access for abuse, fraud, safety, security, or legal reasons.

06

Availability and privacy

Features and rules may change, and continuous availability is not promised. PostgreSQL stores bid data; Dodo handles card and billing details.

CHECKOUT AGREEMENT

A bid can be outbid and is not automatically refundable.
